For those coming into CFP WOD The "Beep test" Strength Deadlift 5-5-5or more 1st Working set @ 65% 1rm 2nd Working set @ 75% 1rm 3rd Working set @ 85% 1rm
Beep test: 12.1 deadlifts: 5@105 5@125 max reps@135k: 6 reps I think they are the right weights. Thanks for all your help today Shane. And nice work getting out 20 reps.
Beep Test-9.2or3 Whatever Justine got. Deads 5@80 5@90 7@110 was actually supposed to be 105kg but my head was somewhere else tonight! Did another set 6reps.
