7am - Catch a missed session from earlier in week.

What a great turn out today. It was great to have a mix from both boxes make it along.

    Great to be back at team training thank goodness the PO rush is over.

    Teamed up with Michael Todd and Josie stuffed up the 1st rd but got back on track after a few words from the boss, as usual really enjoyed it!

    Good to see everyone again Happy New Year
