    WOD 2 1st

During the WOD i couldn't stop thinking about how mentally strong the athletes at CFP are. Everywhere i looked there were athletes pushing through some physical pain and no doubt some mentally challenging times as well.

I am proud to be training at Penrith & St Marys

  8. WOD 1 - 28:33 30kg, yellow band pull ups, push ups 1 abmat.

WOD 2 - 3rd last... not so good at sprinting :(

Thrusters are probably my worst movement, but 30kg was the heaviest i've used in a WOD by myself so i was happy to have improved with my weight.

Hadn't trained at CFP for what felt like an eternity, i really liked doing a WOD with everyone again. I love being a part of CFS and CFP!! :)
