    5 @ 65kg
    5 @ 70kg
    5 @ 75kg
    5 @ 75kg

    That's a massive increase on my last Back Squat attempt (30/10/09), 5RM being 62kg.

    WOD: 27.36min As Rxd, same as JC, felt really heavy, and VERY flat, grrr.

  4. Note to Athletes:
    Listen to your body, it took me a while to learn this lesson. If you are fatigued and you have a session scheduled, rest, practice skills and come back the next day bigger and better. Yes there is some physcological benefits of training when you are tired, sick, fatigued but if you are confident in that capacity then listen up, when your body is tired it is tired for good reason.

    89 pullups for challenge, did some strength work on ring dips, l-sits, pistol squats and handstand pushups.

  5. Did the WOD today, 27.17mins as R'xd.

    I have always been a better swimmer in shallow water then out in the deep. There is definately more to admire in the deep water though.
