Awesome session this morning. Love the groups at CFP everyone makes it a great experience to be apart of. :)

Thanks to DC for not backing down on each round. It pushed me to always get back up off the ground and keep going. I knew everytime i was resting you were right behind me making up ground! Thanks :)

The 9.30 crew today was fantastic, when Jody called time i splatted to the floor from the push up position and stayed there for ages and when i raised my head to look around everyone was on the floor too, Absolutely smashed after giving the workout everything they had. Its this communal feeling of everybody working their hardest together and knowing what each of your friends has just gone through only too well.
This is what i love about Crossfit, its amazing and so exciting to be a part of.

    Right back at you JC!
It was brilliant having you to chase, were great motivation for one another, love it!

Special mention to Col on a PB on the deadlifts, well done mate, aswell as Sarah and Belinda on their 90kg 4RM. Belinda, you had your payback in the 7pm class. The student has become the master.
Thanks CFP for another great night.

  8. DeadLift

    6 @ 90kg
    4 @ 100kg
    4 @ 100kg

    WOD: FAILED

Did 5 Rounds + 1 rep, however as AC Jody pointed out "Veronica your wall balls really suck hey" and later on "they were pretty disgusting". lol. So what do I do? Well I work on my weakness(s), looks like warm up for me is gonna be wall balls and double unders, and lots of them! There's really nothing like a bit of constructive criticism, gotta love it.

  9. Deadlift: 110x6, 130x4, 130x4 (PB by 20kg)

    WOD: 4Rounds + 3 Thrusters, AS R'xd.

While my thrusters and wallballs also sucked,
On my third round I missed 6 throws - just straight up in the air - no wall action... that's just nuts..
I am way too stoked about the PB and grinding through the thrusters at 50kg.

Thanks Russ, your advice was spot on.

Well bloody done on 7 rounds as R'xd.
