  2. Hey everyone,

Just curious as to how many people DON'T have allocated spectators coming to Newcastle. I was after 2 (possible 4) spots if anyone has any.

Let me know. Thanks guys! :D

  4. Power snatch 3-3-2: 27k-27k-27k (F 29.5k arms bent)

    WOD 5 rounds - 21:52
    32k for SDHP
    22k for power snatch
Changing plates on the bar slowed me up a bit.

Intensity level probably 6 or 7/10 mainly due to still quite tender hands from Monday's kipping and developed soreness in right forearm (ongoing tennis elbow problem).

  6. Jody"With beer in hand"February 17, 2010 at 10:31 PM

A beer in celebration can influence it's rating cause this Tooheys New tastes pretty good. My reason for celebrating is that i Set myself a goal to reach under 90kg by sectionals 10 weeks ago and weighed in tonight at 89.4kg from over 100kg. One of the things i sucked at was Bodyweight activities in CrossFit so i did something about it.

My WOD tonight was one that i wanted to attack. 6.29mins for the 3 round version. RPE a 9. The other 1 point is for sectionals.

Looking forward to competing with our athletes. Courage, Ferocity Pride.
