I love seeing you three in the newspaper. It re-inforces the wonderful community I am a part of that I carry with me everyday. Crossfit has made an enormous difference to my life and i want to say a special thanks to Glenn (my biggest support), Jody and Veronica for being such supportive and inspirational figures to me. The place may look rougher than your normal gym but the hearts and souls in there are enormous. Thanks to all trainers and my crossfit buddies!!!!!
