    120x3,140x3,150x3 (all using hook grip except last 2 at 150. my dream of becoming a hand model is officially over)

    6rnds of 5gto,10kte,10-15-25 shuttle then 20 box jumps to finish

    127cm (30'box + 6 20kg bumpers)

  2. Team Training.

    Great session today, did a few of the WOD's programmed for top dog. The Muscle ups into a HSPU took it's toll after 5 rounds. But that made the 5 k run a lot easier.
