  2. So we can't call you Witchy-poo any more, heh Daniel? :D

Power snatch: 3 sets of 5 reps @ 22k. Then practiced technique on lighter bar. Still trying to get the hip pop happening.

WOD - 7:35 (30k bar). Struggle to lift more than 30k overhead for multiple reps, so felt like I was cheating on the deadlifts...

Then did a PT session with Glenn focussing on power & squat clean technique. Really worthwhile - I recommend PT to everyone! Thanks Glenn - I definitely got a lot out of it, and plenty to practice during the week!

Kerry, well done on the Rxd, when Jody said you were gonna do it Rxd, I had no doubt in my mind that you would.

The only thing you shouldn't do while watching Dexter Veronica is sharpen your knives. Have you noticed a few people missing from CrossFit Penrith over the last few months and a funny smell coming out of the dumpster.

SNATCH 40, 40, 50(3), 50. Great working with you Russ. It just goes to show that having team mates there at training is important otherwise i would have easily accepted a failed set on the fourth with the head space i was in going into this workout.
WOD: 8:07 R'xd. In a good place for Regionals.
Worked this one at about 80% so pleased with the time.

Looking forward to dominating the WOD's tommorrow at CFP. I want a spot on the team!
