ANZAC DAY

Ben trained with CFNQ before being deployed he was "B1" on the score board because he started training at CFNQ at the same time as another Ben. On this day of rememberance our prayers go out to his family, friends and girlfriend. As well as to the families of all those lost in war.

Enjoy your ANZAC DAY all you CFP crew, see you next week. These hero workouts just make me realise how lucky I am to have two healthy beautiful children who do the things they love in safe countries , and they also make me sad because these poor young men are no longer with us , and as a Mum that would be just too much pain to bear. have a great ANZAC DAY and bank holiday HC H and all CFP Crew. The Hero WODs make me very thankful that I have two very happy healthy children, and it makes me sad to see these fine young men lose their lives so young and in such tragic circumstances. We should be thinking of these brave young soldiers when we are struggling through our own pain when doing the WODs. Adios Amigos see you next week . Lynne and Courts:) XX
