  11. Today was the first day since CFP has been opened that we haven't had someone ask how long to go in an AMRAP. We must be getting comfortable with un-comfortable. It is fitting that our next lot of shirts says just that.

  12. deadlift: 3@100 3@105 2@110, really happy with that, my last PB was 110 on a 1rm

    Wod 6 rounds even,
    scaled pushups to knees and to to bar to as high as i could get my legs,

    great work out tonight really pleased with it, great team tonight :) thanks Russ for encouraging me to keep going
