  1. Identified some skills or lack thereof to improve my rope climbs. Managed a few times to reach it in 2 pumps, but more often than not it was taking 3, sometimes 4.

    WOD 1: 4 rounds

    WOD 2: 8 rounds + shuttle

    Whoever, that kid is. Sign him up. His L Sits are top notch.

    ...and first rope climbs ever!

    Feeling like a champion today.

    WOD 1: 3 rounds
    WOD 2: 7 + shuttle

    plus learning kipping with Jody and Amanda.

    Really enjoyed coaching the 9.30am today. Some more steps forward for our athletes

  5. Yay!!! Thanks Jody, I was impressed with my efforts today and Melissa of cousre and Keiren u did amazing well done on the rope climbs.

    Im still laughing about Jody telling me to let him run it LMAO sorry!!
    I do need to be told to shut up from time to time I guess!

    And I got 1 toes to rings too!! Stop it!! Thats awesome!

  6. Skill, worked on ttb, got 4 in a row. Very happy.
    Also on handstands.
    Wod 1: only 1 rope climb, very disappointed with
    myself. Need to work a bit harder.
    Wod 2: 7 plus shuttle and 2 box jumps.
    Worked at CFS this morning.
