  1. Power Snatch: 60kgs each set. Focus was touch and go each time.

    OHS: 48kgs x 2 only hopeless. So as punishment I did another 10 immediately after.

    WOD: 6.08 Rx'd.

    Swings and Goblets at 24kgs.

    43kg full snatch PB :D

    strength @35 (was just pre fatigued from strength with mum i think)

    LOVED THE GOBLET SQUATS WERE AWESOME!!

    then did a total of 12min intervals on the rower.

    i was hoping for sub 1min but didnt go hard enough in first 200m and a bit slow in the turn.

  5. Strength 50,55 and back to 50 jut didnt feel right at 55even though it was a pb

    OHS 9@40kg equal best OHS

    WOD 6.09 rxd only managed first ttr unbroken next two in half

    OHS 0....

    But thanks to Veronica showing me, got first T2R! feeling like a champ....

    round 1 got 7 times toes touching rings.
    round 2 got 1 time
    round 3 zero...

    forgot time, about 10min
    lost so much ground with 3 weeks sickness
