  6. Deads: 130kgs all sets. Didn't pump the weights up today.
    HSPU in between sets. 10kg bumpers one ab mat. Head not quite touching yet.

    WOD: 8.39 Rx'd

    Dble Unders: 63. Averaging 50 unbroken most times now so happy with this progress.
