5 Deadlifts 100/70
10 T2B

WOD #2 - AMRAP 8 min
5 Ring Dips
10 Push Ups
15 Double Unders

    About 90% work rate
    First set T2b Kipping then back to normal swings
    Deads all unbroken 2 sets T2b unbroken

    Wod 2: 6 rnds+2 Rxd
    First 3 rnds Unbroken
    Had to halve last rnd double unders & ringdips
    Pushups

    my body doesn't want to do any more than 30 ring dips in total

    destroyed my hands and was tempted to lower the weight for the last round, but stuck with it

    Wod2 4+4
    orange bands for ring dips
    Had red band as a backup but again persisted. double-unders - managed the 15 consecutive for each and every round. pushups still need work
