    A) 19@ 60kg (burned me out), 6@ 70kg, ONLY 2 @ 80kg (run out of gas)
    B) 5min run (about 800m)
    30 pull ups blue band
    50 wall balls in 4:30 with 6kg ball, 9" target (and Shane keeping a weather eye on me, so I don't f@$& up 3 months of physio. lol)
    400 singles (that's tough on the older calves)
    400m run to finish (and that was enough and all she wrote)
    Feels good to be moving better and on the long slow road back. need to remember to enjoy the journey....
