A) Clean Complex
Power Clean + Jerk (3+2) Reach a Max
Then 1 Complex each at 85% and 80%

-Technical Primer-
Muscle Clean + Push Press
3 Sets

B) 5 Rounds
10 Push Press 45/35/30kg
10 KB Swings 24/16kg
5 Burpees*
*Max Height Jump

    Good thing about going 100, it makes it so much easier to work out the 80 and 85% weight.

    B). 9.13 Rx'd

    All push presses unbroken. As the rounds went by, I widened my grip on the bar making the push out travel path shorter.

    A) 71kg
    B) Rx'd only 3 rounds 5:58. I wanted time to roll out and lick my wounds......
    By geez that was hard today, I reeeeeally struggled. Just feel exhausted today....

    B) 5:24 subbed swings and burpees for row due to hammy. Unbroken on the push press.

    @ 30kg challenging weight, had to break sets up a bit
    (non impact burpees :P)
